Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled hospitality professionals to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of presentation and communication, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Working effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and management
  • Fostering a culture of hospitality, promoting a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working as waiting staff in a restaurant or similar establishment
  • Valid RSA certification
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work evening shifts starting at 5pm, finishing at 11pm latest
  • Right to work in Australia
