We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Kitchen & Store Team Member. As a key member of our kitchen and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This is an all-rounder role that involves working across various shifts, including afternoon, evening, and morning shifts. If you have previous experience in a hospitality setting or customer service role, we want to hear from you

Kitchen Production Shifts:

Shift starting times from 5:00 PM and finishing times as late as 12:30 AM

Customer Service Shifts:

Shift starting times from 8:30 AM and finishing times as late as 10:30 PM

Your Daily Tasks Will Involve:

• Assisting the store in serving customers doughnuts, gelato, and shakes
• Providing a friendly and warm customer experience that keeps our customers engaged and returning again and again
• Strong communication with your team and managers via our work groups
• Glazing doughnuts and kitchen production work (5 PM starting time)

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a delivery driving or hospitality position
• Confident to work autonomously and without supervision
• Flexible schedule and ability to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Reliability and trustworthiness
• Ability to travel to work in Burleigh - having your own transport would be an advantage
