About the Role

Bunnings is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing support to the senior leadership team and acting as a continual support to a designated department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coaching the team on the right service behaviours and assisting with inducting and training new team members
  • Ensuring merchandising standards meet business requirements and coordinating stock

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a candidate with previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, who is passionate about retail and customer service. You will have a genuine interest in coaching and developing others and be able to achieve results and standards by working with your team.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
  • Ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team
  • Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
  • Have an eagerness to learn about new products
  • Be able to work a variety of different shifts during the week
