Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also possess good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure plant and equipment are running efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements as needed, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, parts usage, and repair history.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to plant and equipment operation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, mechanics) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for long periods, and work at heights.
