Seasonal Parcel Sorter

We're seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Seasonal Casual Parcel Sorter in Spreyton. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of parcels and mail to our customers.

• Sorting parcels and mail using scanners and manual methods
• Loading and unloading mail from mail bags, trays, containers, and metal cages
• Operating sophisticated processing equipment and lines
• Cooperating with operations staff to get mail into the facility

• You're available to work from October through our peak period
• You enjoy a physical role and can lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly
• You're safety-conscious and able to safely operate equipment such as conveyors and loading/lifting devices
• You're comfortable handling parcels that may contain meat and/or alcohol products

• You'll be allocated a regular shift time and work with a great bunch of people
• A higher rate of pay may apply for applicable shift times (penalty rates)
• You'll benefit from a 12% superannuation rate
• We may have opportunities for ongoing work beyond the peak season
