Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized midwifery care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of women and newborns.
- Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, other healthcare professionals, and community services to ensure comprehensive care.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication, empathy, and respect.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and evidence-based guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Selection Criteria- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Midwife.
- Demonstrated expertise in caring for women and babies within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Effective clinical communication skills, utilizing technology, written, and verbal means, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking, advocating for and implementing individualized woman-centered care.
- Prior experience supervising, delegating, and negotiating with others to deliver quality midwifery care, with a willingness to show leadership and adapt to change.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, showcasing participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills.
- Capacity to prioritize and organize workload, delivering care with integrity and accountability.
