About You

You are an experienced Optical Dispenser with recent experience in an Optometry practice, bringing your retail expertise, outstanding communication skills, and ability to build rapport with customers.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Exhibit confidence in color and style awareness
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be detail-oriented and proactive in handling tasks
  • Function as a team player while excelling in independent work
  • Enjoy engaging with social media platforms
  • Possess a keen sense of fashion and trends

About the Role

The successful individual will collaborate with a patient-focused professional team, emphasizing customer needs and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the team to offer personalized solutions to customers
  • Boosting sales through excellent retail skills and knowledge
  • Staying current with frame fashions and trends
  • Delivering exceptional patient-focused service
  • Handling general administration and other reception tasks as needed
  • Participating in maintaining the presentation of the practice

We offer a competitive salary range of $60K - $70K negotiable according to experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic team environment.
