About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our award-winning team at Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Food & Beverage Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department
  • Coordinate and supervise the functioning of the Resort's Food and Beverage outlets
  • Assist in managing the food & beverage outlets in the absence of the Food & Beverage Operations Manager
  • Maximize profitability and meet/exceed customer service expectations
  • Ensure team members are trained to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Standard
  • Train and support all team members in all areas of the operation
About You

  • Exhibits people management skills and understands cultural diversity
  • Accurate and efficient, results focused

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a Food and Beverage Supervisory role
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements under the QLD Liquor Licensing Laws
  • Authorization to live and work in Australia
  • Competent in barista and beverage making duties (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated food and beverage skills, including a la carte and bar service (highly regarded)
  • Food Safety Course (Essential)
  • Current QLD RSA certificate (Essential)
  • Espresso Coffee Making (Desirable)
  • RMLV certificate or ability to complete
