About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Valuer to join our team in Wagga Wagga.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the residential arm of our business in Wagga Wagga.
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality property valuations and consultancy services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients.
• Utilize our developed software package to write reports efficiently and effectively.
• Meet deadlines and manage your time effectively.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in property valuation (RPV or CPV).
• Current membership of the Australian Property Institute (API).
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• A valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.
