About the Role

In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to contact for customers' lending needs, leading a dedicated support team. Enjoy a varied work environment where each day presents new challenges. You'll collaborate closely with the Director to guide the residential lending division through an exciting growth phase.

We offer comprehensive training, equipping you to prepare credit submissions and finance documents for successful outcomes. You'll actively manage client relationships and play a significant role in driving business growth – an incredibly rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to inbound enquiries while identifying potential clients
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' mortgage needs and goals
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment plans
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
  • Liaise with lenders to secure the best mortgage rates and terms for clients
  • Guide clients through the mortgage approval process, ensuring a seamless transaction
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and mortgage products to offer the most relevant advice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success
  • Lead and mentor CA's, fostering their professional development
Requirements
  • A strong sense of integrity and a driven attitude to work autonomously, focusing on business growth
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
  • Exceptional customer service skills paired with a high degree of professionalism
  • Proven experience in broking and lending advice to clients, managing the process from application to settlement
  • An interest in embracing challenges and solving problems, with the ability to convert leads into loans
  • Motivated to build solid and long-lasting relationships with clients and customers
  • An established referral network with a commitment to continuous growth
