About the Multimedia Role

As a leading organization, we're seeking an innovative and skilled Multimedia Specialist who is passionate about designing and producing creative video, animation, interactive media, and digital content.

This role is based at our office and will report directly to the Head of Marketing, working closely with our sales and marketing colleagues and the wider team.

The role is highly autonomous, giving you the freedom to develop and execute ideas while ensuring alignment with our brand vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, produce, and deliver multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, print, and installations.
  • Develop creative concepts and solutions tailored to target audiences and marketing objectives.
  • Create and manipulate animations, special effects, and interactive elements for digital platforms and mobile technologies.
  • Ensure multimedia is consistent with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive and innovative multimedia solutions.
  • Document and archive multimedia projects for future reference and use.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and a strong understanding of video production tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in motion design, animation, and interactive media development.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging multimedia experiences.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Exceptional communication skills and openness to feedback.
