Mining Engineer Graduate Program

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual seeking a challenging career in the mining industry? As a Mining Engineer Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of experienced professionals and gain valuable skills and knowledge in key areas of the mining cycle.

This 24-month graduate program offers newly qualified engineers hands-on experience in essential underground operational roles, including truck operator, service crew, charge-up, bogger operator, and driller. You will rotate through these roles before advancing to project engineer training, applying your academic knowledge in a dynamic underground mining environment.

The graduate program is designed to provide graduates with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. You will be working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and support you throughout your journey.

You will have access to world-class training, ongoing support, and resources to build a successful long-term career. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to advance along either the operational career path or pursue a technical career by transferring to a role that aligns with your strengths and interests.

What You'll Need:

To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately
  • A completed Mining Engineering degree
  • Full working rights in Australia or the ability to obtain a Visa
  • A valid Manual Driver's License
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Genuine enthusiasm to engage in various roles throughout the program

Candidates will be required to meet pre-employment criteria, including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
