Key Responsibilities

  4. Tech Enthusiast: Master communication using programs and systems such as SLACK, Teams, OneNote, email, calendar, Deputy, Flare HR, and Livehire. Tech-savvy skills will keep operations seamlessly connected and running smoothly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in bar operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and financial controls.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
