Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with practitioner clients, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Clinical Support: Provide expert guidance on clinical and product matters, helping customers make informed decisions for their patients.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to customers, delivering high-quality support and services.
  • Representation: Represent our organization with professionalism, purpose, and a genuine passion for natural health.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in naturopathy or herbal medicine, giving you credibility and confidence when interacting with practitioner clients.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts, preferably in a similar field or territory-based role.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, including active listening and delivering real value to clients.
  • A self-starter mindset, being organized, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Confidence in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform smart decisions.
  • A collaborative approach, enjoying being part of a team even when working independently.
  • A current driver's license and flexibility to travel across WA, including overnight trips.
