Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Connect2Care Full time
About Connect2Care

We started as a passion for two physiotherapists and have now become one of the fastest-growing allied health companies in Australia. Our services are nationwide, and we are proud to be a registered NDIS health provider. We believe in empowering people to reach their personal goals and deliver best-practice therapy to our clients.

As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to achieve our mission. You will provide services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare, or privately.

The role involves assessing and providing interventions for clients, working within the NDIS to maximise their level of function and social engagement, and assisting clients with assistive technology assessment and recommendations. You will also be responsible for timely documentation and report writing, managing a varied caseload, and meeting company professional expectations.

We offer flexible working arrangements, loyalty bonuses, EAP, benefits, discounts, and rewards with premier retail and service partners. You will also have access to a library of online resources and assessment tools. If you are passionate about delivering best-practice therapy and making a difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
