Job Summary

We're seeking a Guest Focused and Vibrant Casual Supervisor to join our dedicated Events team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Guest Experience: Continuously look for opportunities to improve the guest experience and ensure that our team culture is at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Lead and Coach a Diverse Team: Lead and coach a diverse team of people, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Visibly Active on the Floor: Be visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting Food and Beverage Attendants to be the best that they can be.
  • Assist Guests with Feedback: Assist guests with any feedback and action accordingly.
  • High Knowledge of Product: Have a high knowledge of the product produced in venue.
  • Coordinate Event Logistics: Coordinate and manage the logistics of bump-ins and bump-outs for events.
  • Set Up Venues: Set up venues according to client specifications, ensuring all equipment and facilities are ready.
  • Oversee Event Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of small events, from start to finish.
  • Liaise with Vendors and Clients: Liaise with vendors, clients, and staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and coordinate quick solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role.
  • Passionate about Guest Service: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
  • Positive Team Player: Be a positive and collaborative team player.
  • Valid RSA: Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
