Trusted Caregiver

As a Care Professional in Traralgon, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each resident, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing or Individual Support and a passion for providing world-class care. They will be able to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues.

• Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
• A passion and energy for world class care
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
