Job Description

We are seeking an Australian-based DevOps engineer to support the growth of our proprietary SIEM solution, Artemis. As a key member of the DevOps team, you will report to the DevOps Lead and be responsible for integrating new solutions, pushing new builds into testing, and leading in the absence of the DevOps Lead.

Main Responsibilities
  • Integration and Development: Integrate new solutions within Artemis following the roadmap, including pushing new integrations from other team members to test and pushing to prod when the lead is unavailable.
  • Environment Management: Manage the segregation between development, test, and production environments.
  • Availability and Performance: Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of Artemis.
Requirements

We are looking for an accomplished DevOps engineer who can impact change and drive Artemis forward from day one. Key requirements include:

  • Containerization and Orchestration: In-depth knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker and expert proficiency with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Programming Skills: Considerable proficiency with Python and some proficiency with Bash.
  • Open-Source Experience: Strong Open-Source experience.
  • Monitoring Tools: Considerable experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
