**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Sydney-based team. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing high levels of customer service to our clients, handling enquiries and reservations, and building traveller profiles to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and reservations in a professional manner, arranging and confirming bookings, and building traveller profiles.
  • Conduct research to ensure clients receive the best deals.
  • Process electronic tickets and travel documentation.
  • Offer advice and guidance on available options, including visa requirements, passport requirements, and vaccinations.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations.
  • Support the training and development of new staff members.

**Requirements**

  • You will be a motivated and passionate individual with previous experience in business travel.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience using Travelport.
  • You will possess excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and attention to detail.
  • You will be flexible and able to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rota basis, and attend out-of-hours training if required.
