Job Title: Maintenance Program Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Program Officer to manage changes to the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) for our fleet, ensuring compliance with CASA regulations and Eastern Australia Airlines (EAA) and Sunstate Airlines (SSA) CAMO expositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and incorporate AMP change requests following approved procedures and guidelines.
  • Use the TRAX Maintenance Information System for receipt, control, and publication of Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness (ICA).
  • Recommend and authorize AMP changes to comply with De Havilland Canada maintenance requirements, CASA regulatory requirements, vendor ICA, and EAA/SSA Reliability Review Board expectations.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with approved processes and procedures.
  • Engage with stakeholders to implement AMP variations and ensure the AMP remains compliant, effective, and optimized.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of CASA regulations, expositions, and ICA.
  • Experience using a Maintenance Information System (Trax desirable).
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Data analytical skills.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to understand how AMP variations will impact the business.
  • Motivated, with a high level of integrity and commitment.
