Exercise Physiologist

Join our team of healthcare professionals at IPAR, a global corporate infrastructure with a strong, close-knit team of driven and energetic individuals. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will have the autonomy to manage your own day while enjoying the support of a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage caseloads and work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills.
- Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy.
- Full Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA.
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships.
- Excellent time management skills to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- A desire to problem-solve with confidence and use your initiative to achieve results.
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits.
- A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
