Job Title

This is a key leadership position within Virtual Health, requiring a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to support and direct Clinicians in delivering high quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and clinical governance, with experience in planning and coordinating services for patients or clients. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and direct Clinicians in delivering high quality patient care.
  • Plan and coordinate services for patients or clients.
  • Act as a role model in the provision of holistic care.
  • Assist in the management of action research projects and participate in quality assurance programs and policy development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare system.
  • Maintains an unrestricted registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care quality and compliance.
