About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, focusing on data and analytics in achieving budgeted sales, gross profit, and inventory productivity measures. As a key member of our team, you will bring structure and process to our Buying decisions, directly influencing our profitability through inventory outcomes with data-based decision making.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all VF Brands with ownership of Timberland, Herschel & Superga.
  • Manage weekly and monthly financial reviews, providing detailed insights into Sales, GP, and Inventory targets.
  • Lead and manage the forecast review process in collaboration with the buying team to identify opportunities and risks and put plans in place to deliver budget outcomes.
  • Ensure inventory levels are within agreed parameters and manage aged stock within agreed benchmarks.
  • Investigate and provide analysis of business and financial challenges, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Undertake post-seasonal and semi-annual reviews to provide insights into the forward strategy of the Brand and key actions that need to be taken.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong numerical and analytical skills, leadership abilities, proven experience in managing an OTB, forecasting ability, and a deep understanding of data and analytics.

We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
