Lead Quality Assurance Excellence

The ideal candidate will spearhead quality excellence in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with TGA, GMP, and State Health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change control processes to drive quality improvement.
  • Manage deviation reporting, CAPA, and periodic Management Review meetings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee training and development.
  • Validate equipment, software, and processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve quality objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, TGA licensing, and GWP standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
