  • Leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children in the Centre

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victoria Working with Children Check
