Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

About the Role:

  • Leadership and Management: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Centre Operations: Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Practice Guide Implementation: Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide, driving continuous improvement and excellence in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, or similar.
