About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced early childhood educator to join our team. As an educator, you will work alongside children in their early years, creating engaging learning environments that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement high-quality educational programs for young children
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity of care and education
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Monitor and report on children's progress and development
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

- A Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Hold or willing to obtain a paid Blue Card
- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
