About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Philanthropy team as a Fundraising Professional. You'll use your exceptional analytical skills to identify prospective supporters and create tailored action plans in partnership with the team. This role is crucial in driving prospect research and increasing major donor acquisition at ChildFund Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research into potential philanthropic donor prospects
  • Develop and manage the philanthropic prospect research process to generate major leads
  • Synthesise research to develop profiles, briefs, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Coordinate Philanthropy team portfolio meetings and workflow through project management software
  • Assist the Philanthropy team with drafting and editing proposals

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passionate about international development and children's rights
