Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Test Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our testing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency in our software development process.
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and complex projects, applying your expertise in automation testing, manual testing, and quality assurance. You will also have the chance to mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of our testing team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency in our software development process.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/software testing, with a strong background in automation testing and manual testing.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
