Master Pastry Artist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Masters Pastry Artist to join our busy bakery team in a full-time capacity. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality pastry products are delivered to our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in pastry arts, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional results. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

The Role:

• Prepare and produce high-quality pastry products, adhering to company standards and presentation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Participate in on-going training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $55,000 per annum plus superannuation and benefits.

Requirements:

• Australian Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in pastry production, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
