Senior Banking Associate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Banking Associate to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Banking & Finance practice, you will play a vital role in advising clients on complex financing transactions.

  • Your expertise will be valuable in providing strategic advice on project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets.

To succeed in this role, you will require up to 3 years post promotion experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm. Your transactional experience should demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments.
