Senior Recycling Equipment Operator

We're seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at BINGO Industries in Artarmon. As a key member of our recycling facility, you'll be responsible for operating plant and equipment to achieve operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate front-end loaders, excavators, and other equipment to manage waste and recyclables
  • Provide support services to maintain facility operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
  • Participate in daily instruction and prioritization to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed for machinery maintenance and inspection

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in the waste or recycling industry
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including day shifts, with occasional overtime
  • Relevant licenses and tickets, including VOC training
  • Experience in waste management, civil construction, or a related field is highly valued
