About the Role

  • Onboarding Development: Design and manage new user onboarding processes, focusing on technology adoption.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management framework to integrate new technologies smoothly.
  • Training Program Facilitation: Create and deliver a structured Train the Trainer program to equip trainers with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • User Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to customers and support teams, enabling them to confidently use and troubleshoot new technologies.
  • Self-Service Resources: Develop and implement a Self Help portal to empower end users with accessible information and resources.

About You

  • Technical Support Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Training and Coaching Expertise: At least 3 years of experience as a Technology Trainer or Coach, showcasing strong abilities in delivering engaging training programs.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely, with a positive demeanour.
  • Change Management Experience: Proven experience in managing change within a technological context, demonstrating adaptability and guiding others through transitions.
