We are currently seeking a professional to manage the assembly process of trains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities, strategies, systems, and deliverables related to manufacturing within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business management plans to ensure compliance and improvement in applicable areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with company developments and industry-wide practices that impact daily operations.
  • Comply with regulations and enforce policies related to quality, safety, occupational risk prevention, and environment.
  • Deploy, implement, and maintain business processes at the site, adapting them as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate work progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and promote the company's image through positive representation.

The selected candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, possess relevant tertiary qualifications, and demonstrate proficiency in office management software such as MS Office.
