Job Description

As a global leader in car rentals, our company operates in 150 countries worldwide. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service by renting cars better than competitors.

The Customer Service Representative will work with a small and supportive team at our premises in Welshpool. The team values transparency and an open-door policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with valued customers to create a positive experience
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
  • Complete rental and return transactions
  • Sell rental options to valued customers
  • Ensure all vehicles features are operational when returned by renting customer
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with great communication, sales service, and customer service skills. They must be able to build rapport with internal and external customers.
