About the Role
Transforming electrowinning outputs into Dore bars requires precision and responsibility. As a Gold Room Operator, you will be entrusted with one of the most secure and critical stages of our gold production process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain electrowinning processes through to the pouring and shipment of Dore product.
Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, including entry/exit procedures and shipment documentation.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to inspections, audits, and the training of new personnel.
Maintain log sheets and complete timely electronic data entry.

What You Bring:
Previous experience in a gold room or similar processing environment (highly desirable).
A current security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, accountability, and excellence.
