Lead Secondary Educator Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the secondary school, chart its long-term course, and be entrusted with the wellbeing and development of our students, professional growth of our staff, and continued strengthening of a community built on faith, integrity and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the secondary school

Requirements:

  • Recognised educational leader with a deep passion for Christian education
  • Qualified teacher with current registration
  • Clear and strong personal faith and commitment to living and leading in alignment with Biblical principles
  • Depth of experience in education with demonstrated leadership in a secondary role and proven capacity to shape curriculum, guide staff, manage complex school operations, oversee timetabling and improve student outcomes
  • Collegial and inspirational leadership style capable of building trust, fostering collaboration, and uniting teams around a shared vision for learning
  • Strong, respectful relationships and ability to work effectively in partnership with students, families, staff, and fellow leaders
