Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista Specialist to join our team. As a Barista Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and pour-overs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe and storage areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling customer complaints.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a related role.
- Latte art skills and knowledge of coffee preparation methods.
- Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.15 – $32.83 per hour.
- Part-time schedule: 20 – 25 hours per week.
