About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing detailed sales and project administration within Traka Commercial Systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for certain accounts once projects have been delivered.
  • Continuously drive reoccurring revenue sales for license renewals, solution assurance renewals, ongoing preventative maintenance, training, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Managers to build solution assurance agreements.
  • Ensure accurate records of customer licence versions are maintained.
  • Provide timely advice to customers on new TrakaWEB releases and promote upgrade sales.
