Join Our Team as a Store Person

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Store Person. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a dynamic team.

  • Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
  • Assisting customers with order collections - making it a seamless experience
  • Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
  • Accurately receipting of goods into our operating system
  • Assembly of furniture with pride and attention to detail
  • Responsible for contributing to and upholding all OH&S requirements
  • Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading of weekly trucks and containers: Ensure that all goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their queries, resolve any issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stock Management: Support the retail sales team by managing stock levels, receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assembly and Maintenance: Assemble furniture products with attention to detail and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • OH&S: Contribute to and uphold all OH&S requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distribution.
  • Good Computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • A passion to help people and a desire to get results
  • The physical capability to handle our products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can-do attitude.
