We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to join our dynamic team at The Links Shell Cove Golf Club location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, delivering high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook a variety of delicious Italian dishes to meet the company's high standards;
  • Recipe Compliance: Ensure adherence to company recipes and preparation requirements;
  • Kitchen Management: Manage food production, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensure that all food served meets the company's quality standards;
  • Menus and Stock Management: Assist in menu design and development, provide tasting sessions as required, and manage stock levels effectively;
  • Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a safe and hygienic food preparation and cooking environment;
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role;
  • Catering qualification;
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen workflow and modern cooking techniques;
  • Excellent understanding of food and beverages, including food hygiene practices;
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and large orders;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver company standards and excellent customer service;
  • Strong personnel and teamwork skills.
