**Job Description**

As a Childcare Educator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging programs that promote child outcomes. You will work closely with our experienced team to design and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with families and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the planning, preparation, and delivery of educational programs that align with industry standards.
  • Support the service manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the service, including attendance, safety, and compliance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes social-emotional learning, creativity, and physical activity.
