Technical Delivery Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and optimization of 1:1 marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Delivery Specialist will be accountable for managing platform processes, day-to-day operations, and technical delivery of campaigns in the Marketing Automation Platform (currently Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaign processes and documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within our Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Collaborate with CRM Managers and Newsletter Producers to ensure seamless email channel delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide operational support to the Marketing Lead, Operations on Marketing projects or initiatives.
