Visual Merchandising Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandise Coordinator to provide consistency across our retail network and maximize sales impact.

The role supports the retail network in the execution of visual merchandising projects, communication tools, and training for store teams.

  • Communicate visual merchandising directives and initiatives for our stores, managing feedback and approval from key stakeholders.
  • Support and provide feedback to stores through photo sharing and store visits.
  • Participate in visual merchandising floor sets and store merchandising to ensure proper execution.
  • Support new store openings as needed.
  • Conduct regular visual merchandising training and store visits with Area Managers and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure consistency in visual merchandising across the retail network.
  2. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales impact.
  3. Collaborate with store teams to execute visual merchandising projects.
  4. Provide feedback and support to stores through various channels.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising within retail.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and dynamic approach with a proactive attitude.
