We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at IIQAF. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by assisting physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, on patients according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and comfort during procedures, maintaining accuracy and image quality.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including making adjustments and repairs as needed.
- Develop and process images, ensuring high-quality and accurate results for interpretation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess and interpret imaging results.
- Follow radiation safety protocols and guidelines to minimize exposure risks to patients and staff.
- Maintain patient records and documentation, including image files and relevant medical information.
- Assist with the training and supervision of student technologists and other support staff.
- Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures, equipment, and techniques.
- Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
