At Lawns and Lagunas, we are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Aged Care team.

This role requires you to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will work closely with participants to understand their requirements and develop tailored plans to ensure their well-being.

We require excellent interpersonal skills, including good communication and listening skills. You should be proactive in meeting participant needs and able to work shifts over 7 days and 24 hours.

Experience or qualifications in Aged Care or Disability Support Work are essential. You must also hold a Yellow Card or be willing to obtain one, and have a valid driver's license and own transport. We offer in-house training programs, so if you're eager to learn and grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
