About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Latitude Financial Services. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website projects, leveraging your expertise in ReactJS and full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of website changes and updates, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Design and implement GraphQL APIs to efficiently retrieve and manipulate data, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure all website features meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic, driving technical excellence.
  • Coordinate website releases, taking into account feature readiness, dependencies, and risks, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in ReactJS and GraphQL.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience in implementing Headless CMS solutions.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries, such as Redux or Context API.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
