About Our Mining Division
Our Mining team collaborates with clients to enhance operational efficiency, increase profitability, and ensure responsible practices. We possess a deep understanding of the mining sector and its challenges, including sustainability and the need for innovative strategies to address these issues while seizing opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed drawings for landform design from initial concepts to feasibility assessments.
- Engage in programming tasks using relevant software tools (such as Python).
- Conduct designs that align with both technical specifications and commercial standards, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop cost estimates for proposed designs.
- Draft and evaluate technical documentation.
- Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in Civil Design Engineering, particularly in Mine Closure projects.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment.
- Proficient in civil design and capable of preparing and reviewing drawings from conception to construction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in drafting and assessing technical reports.
- Programming skills, particularly in Python, are highly desirable.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
