Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to fill the role of Catering Support Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the preparation and presentation of meals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Assist with the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by serving residents meals and snacks, responding to their needs, and building strong relationships.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, restocking supplies as required.
  • Efficient Task Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing delays.
  • Modified Texture Foods: Prepare and present modified texture foods, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in kitchens, food preparation, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Personal Appearance and Hygiene: Pride in personal appearance and hygiene, maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.
