We are seeking a retail professional to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

About the Role
  • A team member is required to join our Dubbo store as a sales assistant, focusing on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing product information and assistance to customers
  • Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and targets
Requirements
  • You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some post-secondary education or training in a relevant field being an asset
  • You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Availability to work during peak periods, such as holidays and special events, is essential
